By using this website or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that no therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship is created.

If you believe you may be experiencing a mental health condition or require medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, you should seek care from an appropriately licensed professional.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching is intended to support the client's decision-making process but does not direct or make decisions on the client's behalf.

Choose Yourself Clarity is not a crisis service and coaching is not appropriate for emergencies or situations involving immediate risk of harm. Coaching sessions and messages are not continuously monitored, and responses may not be immediate.

Information you provide through this website, the booking process, intake forms, emails, or coaching sessions—including your name, contact information, booking details, payment information, intake responses, and anything you choose to share during coaching—is collected solely to provide and improve coaching services, communicate with you, and operate the business.

Your personal information is never sold or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers, such as scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, email, and website hosting platforms, to the extent necessary to provide coaching services and operate the practice.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Coaching records and communications are maintained as business records and are not medical or clinical records. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, or regulatory purposes.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or participation in coaching services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable.

If Choose Yourself Clarity must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

Exceptions to this policy may be made solely at the discretion of Choose Yourself Clarity.

By booking a coaching session, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are voluntarily participating in coaching services. Coaching services are intended only for adults. If you are under the age of 18, you may not book or participate in coaching sessions through Choose Yourself Clarity.

Choose Yourself Clarity does not tell you what decisions to make. Coaching is designed to help you gain perspective, recognize patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop the confidence to make decisions that align with your own values, goals, and best interests.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You agree to participate honestly, communicate openly, and understand that meaningful progress depends upon your willingness to engage in the coaching process.

You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, and outcomes. Coaching is intended to support your decision-making process but does not guarantee any specific result, relationship outcome, reconciliation, personal transformation, or other desired outcome.
